Tropical paradise located in El Barrio de Nuevo Vedado and just five blocks from Avenida 23. The Cascada is a space for relaxing and enjoying the island’s natural environment, with more than thirty different species making the garden a unique place in the city.
Every corner of the garden invites relaxation, enjoyment, reading, connecting with yourself; always with the sound of the waterfall. A sunset, squirrels roaming through the woods, or our seasonal visitors; mamey, avocado, mangoes are part of our villa’s atmosphere.
The house was built in 1954 and recently upgraded to open as a hostel or a private villa. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned common areas, terraces overlooking the Garden. Garage for two spots.
On the first floor we have a room with a king side bed and an en suite bathroom. Safe deposit box, built-in closets, and TV. Also with direct access to the garden and space for private enjoyment.
On the second floor we have two bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes, safe. The double bed with king size bed and another room with two twin beds that can be converted into a king-side bed. Both share a modern and spacious bathroom.
Double room has direct access to the covered balcony for the use of the garden views.
