This apartment is located on the first floor of a building built in the 50s that does not have an elevator. From the apartment the client will enjoy a pleasant Caribbean breeze that provokes the proximity to the sea.
The apartment has 3 air-conditioned rooms with lock in each of them. There are safes located in the rooms. There is 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds, all with sheets and pillows that will be changed according to the needs of the client.
It has 3 bathrooms with hot water in all and basic elements for the comfort of the client (towel, soap and toilet paper).
The common areas of the apartment are spacious and airy. It is structured by living room, dining room, meeting room and kitchen.
The living room and dining room have a simple and very modern design. There is a meeting room that can be used for business or to take a relaxing break. The windows of this room are made of glass and the guest will be able to enjoy the daily life of the Cubans who live in this area.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and appliances that customers can use in the realization of their own meals. In the refrigerator you can find drinks and food that the guest may consume and must pay before departure.
