A beautiful, fully air-conditioned oceanfront condo in a low-rise building in Miramar, Havana’s premiere residential suburb just a short min ride from Vedado & Old Havana. Walking distance to hotels, great restaurants, clubs and supermarkets.
You can snorkel in the morning right in front of the condo and sip a mojito from the veranda while watching the sunset over the sea in the afternoon.
This apartment is literally 100 yards from the Ocean with panoramic views from the lounge and bedrooms. It occupies the entire first floor facing the ocean of a low-rise building in Miramar, Havana’s premiere coastal neighborhood. It was recently completely renovated with polished granite floors and upgrades to the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
We are close to many Miramar great places to visit: Tropicana, Fabrica de Arte, Restaurants. We also offer the ability to order delicious reasonably-priced cuban food delivered directly to the condo.
The apartment is centrally located in Miramar, one of Havana’s premier upscale neighborhoods. The suburb is full of leafy-green trees and is safe at all hours of the day and night. It is within a walking distance to hotels, restaurants, clubs and 10 minute drive to Havana Vieja (Old Havana).
Being so close to the sea, there is a dive center on the same block where you can rent diving and/or snorkeling gear.
Other things to note
There are no “beaches” per say near Old Havana, Vedado or Miramar because the coastline in this area of Cuba is rocky. However, there are many places where access to the water is very easy and swimming in clear Caribbean water is superb. One of those places happens to be right in front of the condo.
The nearest beach with sand is Playa Santa Maria that is about a 20 min taxi ride outside of Havana.
In the condo, you will also find recent travel guides for Cuba and Havana that you are free to use throughout your stay.
Wifi internet service is provided in the condo and while traveling around Cuba via a local cell phone supplied to all guests.
