It is a house that has 170m2 available to the client. Decorated in an eclectic style with unique old pieces of great value, protecting the original state of the house, created more than three quarters of a century, and at the same time with the latest technology providing maximum privacy, security, luxury and comfort. With independent entrance, with two doors that provide security to our guests. They have three rooms with matrimonial and imperial beds.

We offer total privacy and available for our clients are the balcony, the living room, parlor, dining room, kitchen, a service bathroom for guests and another to share between the three rooms.

The rooms have two double beds and an imperial room with capacity for 6 people, but in case they need space for two more people can expand the capacity of them to 8.

They have at your disposal the kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare your food, as well as the necessary dishes for your comfort, with refrigerator, four burner stove, blender, coffee maker, iron and microwave.
A large bathroom with hot and cold water, shower and bathtub, supplies and basic toiletries.
