This renovated 1950’s penthouse is intimate and luxurious, with breath-taking 360 degree panoramic views over Havana and ocean, from the huge private wraparound terrace. The penthouse has been designed to accommodate singles or couples. Within easy walking distance of main tourist sites.

This luxury penthouse is located on top of a 10-storey building, with access via a brand new elevator. This luxurious retreat has been lovingly restored in the 1950’s style by it’s architect owners, and incorporates high-end fittings, fixtures and linens. It is surrounded by a very large and spacious roof terrace, which offers breathtaking 360 degree panoramic ocean and city views.

The neighbourhood

Tropicana Penthouse is located one block back from the Ocean front promenade, known as El Malecon, in the centre of Havana. It is the perfect location for visitors to explore the city on foot, with so much to see within easy walking distance from the apartment.

The penthouse offers breath-taking 360 degree views from the rooftop terrace, over the Ocean and across the entire city. Guests can enjoy sitting under the stars, in the barmy warm Caribbean evenings, and just take in the spectacle of Havana City.

Two of the city’s best restaurants (La Guarida and San Cristobal) are a short walk away, with other good restaurants close by, including Ivan Justo and Los Nardos).

Galiano and Neptuno, two of the most popular shopping streets, are the main streets in the area, bustling with the energy, music and laughter of local people.

We offer a 24hr check-in service. There is a small charge, for any check-in or check-out outside of normal working hours of 8am-8pm. This is paid directly to the manager.

Guest cel phone provided for local calls, with local SIM (included in Security Deposit of $300). Guests pay $10CUC, for the $10CUC credit on the cell phone.
